I signed up for the Bootcamp back in March. I met in person with the nice director Tim and was very enthusiastic about the school and the space. So I decided to enroll in the school. I passed all the technical challenges and was ready to go.
On the first day we met the instructor, Lucian. A really nice guy, most probably a great developer, but unfortunately a terrible teacher. He found it increddibly hard to explain simple concepts and topics and to answer questions. Furthermore, the course material was only partially translated from French and was not always clear.
The feeling was that the school has been investing in branding (we got wild school socks) and less in pedagogical level.
After one week I had enough, canceled my contract and enrolled in a different school (spiced acad...Read more
Great community that gives motivation, great curricula and amazing support from both trainer(Matthias) and campus manager(Irina). Always ready to advise and support you whenever you feel like you'll never make it.
The learning material is well structured and goes through a vast list of technologies that give a great start.
This course is offered on a flexible schedule to suit the maximum of your time commitment. We receive helpful feedback from a mentor who has extensive professional field knowledge. The administration is always present to assist the students and by far it is one of the best decisions I've made.
I've had a great experience so far with Wide Code School. The application process went smoothly - it was slightly challenging so that they can make sure you are ready for taking this step. It is also a great way to test yourself and your knowledge and see if you are really ready to change your career. The tech interview went great and I want to thank Alexis for being so patient and kind with me. Carolina was also super helpful throughout the process and she is super nice and passionate about what she does. She did a great job organising the course and picked a great location for the classes. Can't wait to start!
I've just been admitted into the Wild Code School program in London and I must say the admissions process was really smooth! Carolina was so easy to talk to and she was very supportive during the admissions process when a few questions cropped up. The admissions exercises were a little difficult, but not really too difficult, and the motivational and the team made it easy to get both the motivational and technical interviews scheduled in. I spoke to Alexis during the technical interview and he was very friendly and attentive. My course hasn't started yet, but I can't wait to get stuck in!
I did the training in Brussels, GREAT BOOTCAMP ! Totally worth it !
In the same time you have to keep the pace and to work hard everyday but you have also time to really assimilate the technologies and learn at your own pace.
The group is helping each other which is a great way to move forward.
Wild Code School Berlin is empowering, relevant and the team working here are incredibly helpful. After looking through different schools and approaches to entering the tech industry I was struck by Wild Code Schools curriculum and authentic approach to learning. Throughout the whole application process, they replied within hours answering all my questions and supported me through each of the different stages. Stage one was completing different modules and a website online through their online platform. I felt this was a clever way to show who they really are and gave me a great idea of what the course would be like. Then I had two interviews, one with the Berlin manager Tim where we talked about my passions, Wild Code Schools passions and the idea of the course came to light. I really ...Read more
The application is pretty straight forward, with a few steps to follow.
Starts with useful links of sources so we can complete a task. It is quickly reviewed and any mistakes or suggestions are made, so we can fix it and try it again.
During the technical interview step, your task is reviewed and we are quizzed on a few things we have learned so far. Alexis is extremely patient and understanding, motivating you to keep pushing and showing how to find the answer on your own.
The motivational interview was done in campus with Ana Sofia, she showed me around and explained very clearly what to expect about the course and assessed if it would be a perfect fit for me. She is always available if you have any questions and thorough the application process she was always proactively in contac...

I visited Berlin campus on opening meetup and I got a good understanding of the course curriculum from the presentation by campus manager Tim.
It led me to apply to web development course in Berlin campus and It was great fun to complete exercises on its online platform.
After submit the project, I have the motivational and technical interviews.
Both interviewers were very welcoming and friendly and I got a code review about my project from the instructor.
I was very impressed by the application system. I'm looking forward to joining!
I've just successfully passed the application challenge and interviews for the WCS in Berlin. I've already learned a lot during this process and I'll learn even more during the next months. The staff (Tim, Alexis, Lucie) is very supportive, passionate and committed in their mission to help us becoming Web Developers. The first promotion starts in March 2019, can't wait!
