Be sure to treat Linkedin like a hiring platform, networking resource and also as a virtual CV.
On that note, did you know that a hiring manager on average spends only 6-10 seconds reading your CV? Do you know if yours is making the cut?
Simple things like creating an “Achievements” section at the top of the first page or tailoring your language to match that of the job description can dramatically boost your chances of getting that call.
But how do you get your CV to stand out from the crowd?
